As you are well aware with COVID-19, and I hope you are all safe and healthy, we cannot host our AGM as planned in mid-May.
I am suggesting we move it to the fall along with the fall meeting, we may have an extended meeting and elections-we would have to set up nominations during the summer.
Also I am requesting that the Vice Presidents and Club Presidents submit reports to fitzw@hotmail.com for circulation by May 30th
