The purpose of the CCNL subsidy for Clubs is to promote development of junior skiers by providing funding to assist member Clubs with the expense of sending athletes of Junior boy and girl, Juvenile boy and girl and Midget boy and girl categories to compete in two NL Cup events and Regional Midget Championships.
