It was a grand day at Aurora! The 52nd Outfitters Marathon was a great success! On behalf of Auroras executive I would like to send out a huge thank you to everyone who made this event happen! Thank you to the sponsors; The Outfitters, PAL, CCNL, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Northern Regional Wellness Coalition who gave a donation for our healthy snacks at the feeding stations. St. Anthony Fire Dept for providing the rescue boggan on site in case of emergency Byron Kinsella Katrina Noel. Without the volunteer efforts of many locals (too many to list, but you know who you are) the event would not have been possible. And not to forget our immaculate trails (no surprise) Dean Pilgrim never disappoints! Once again a great big thank you!!!! If you’ve never skied Aurora, you’re missing out. Come join us sometime!
